2. Automated data collection and processing by the browser
Like all websites, our server automatically collects and stores the following information in temporary server logfiles which are transmitted by the browser, providing you do not deactivate this function and that you do not refuse to consent to the use of cookies:
- Browser type
- Operating system
- IP address
- Time of server request
The server logfiles are not subject to personalised evaluation. At no time are we able to assign these data to any specific person. These data will not be merged with data from any other source.
The data will be deleted immediately after statistical evaluation, whereby the IP address transmitted will be shortened using the last digits and thus anonymised before evaluation. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Point f of the GDPR.

3. Cookies
Furthermore, our websites use so-called "cookies" at various points. 4. Collection of personal data

Once the contract has been completely processed and the full purchase price paid, your data will be locked to prevent any further use and will be deleted after all taxation and commercial regulations have expired, unless you have expressly consented to the continued use of your data.

We shall only gather personal data to the extent technically necessary. 5. Google Analytics

The information generated by the cookie relating to your use of this website will as a rule be transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. - Pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand that your personal data that we have stored is erased, providing this is not required for the processing or for exercising of the freedom of expression, or information required to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- Pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if you have contested the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you oppose their erasure and we no longer require the data, but they are require for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or if you have filed an objection to processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR;
- Pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand receipt of your personal data that you have supplied us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or to have them transmitted to another responsible office;
- Pursuant to Article 7 Paragraph 3 of the GDPR, you have the right at all times to withdraw any consent you have issued to us. This will mean that we are unable to continue data processing based on this consent in the future, and
- Pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Right of objection
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1 S. 1 Point f of the GDPR, you have the right pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR to object to your personal data being processed, providing there are grounds relating to your particular situation or if the objection relates to direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection which will be implemented by us without any particular situation being specified. An e-mail addressed to info@jdc-consulting.de is sufficient to make use of your right of withdrawal or objection.
9. You are applying for a job with us?
Your personal data will be erased as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were gathered. In the event that the application process leads to a contract of employment, an apprenticeship, an internship or any other form of employment relationship, the data will initially be retained and transferred to the personnel records. Otherwise, your personal data will be erased at the latest six months after receipt, unless a longer storage period is necessary for the defence of legal claims. If your application is unsuccessful, but you wish them to be included in a subsequent selection process, we will store your application documents on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Point a of the GDPR. In such cases, we will request separate consent from you. Your application documents will then be stored until the next selection process and then, as for the initial application, be erased at the latest six months after receipt, unless a longer storage period is necessary for the defence of legal claims.
